The ruby colour of the dark, deep wine comes from the ancestral winemarking process and the way the grapes are ripened in the shade of the vine leaves.
The wine is generous in the mouth, round and with great depth.
Harvested by hand this powerful vintage will be a perfect accompaniment to meat dishes, charcuterie and cheese and can be kept for up to 8 years.
